In His Presence!

HIS PRESENCE

Grace in His presence

In joy is sustained

His unfathomable nature

Divinely contained

Suspended in motion

It slowly invades

All of my being

I am not afraid

To open up portals

That lead to my soul

Exposing the heartaches

That hamper my goal

Come Holy Spirit

Expose and ignite

Power within me

To engage in the fight

And conquer all enemies

Lined up as my foes

They plot to defeat me

And God only knows

The grace and the mercy

Divinely He’s given

I’ll overcome in all battles

With promise of heaven

Keep me, Dear Father,

Ever close, ever near

With your arms around me

Expelling all fear

So daily I’ll walk

In your presence divine

Until my life’s completed

And heaven is mine!
