I REST IN HIM
Joy, peace, and love are mine
What about you? Are you fine?
Where does this joy come from?
It comes from God alone!
For He alone can set me free
He alone can give me peace
He alone is all love Divine
And yes, this love is mine
I will listen only to the Master
Though other voices seeking after
Will try my joy to dim
But I will rest in Him
My hope and faith He does restore
His shield and buckler goes before
His amazing presence tucks me in
And once again I rest in Him!
