When evening shadows fall And the night bird starts to call It is time now to reflect On all that you expect To happen on the morrow Anticipating joy or sorrow Looking back across your day Knowing there’s a better way Available to put to use No alibis and no excuse Tomorrow you can try again Your confidence to regain To walk the path of Holy Living Above the fray and blessings giving As you follow in His walk Where ‘doing’ matters more than ‘talk’ Tomorrow night as you lay down Expect new mercies to abound For you’ve been given another day Thank God His grace will pave the way!
